Sudheer Kuppam
Co-Founder and Chairman
Sudheer Kuppam brings over 18 years of professional experience in the VC industry. He has previously founded and managed Epsilon Venture Partners, a pan Asian VC and growth equity firm with investments in Pi Datacenters (India), FarmTaaza (India), Cloudian (Japan), Ubiix (Taiwan), Zebi (SIN), and INCX (SIN). Before Epsilon, Sudheer was a Vice President at Intel Corporation, overseeing the investments in the Asia Pacific region.
Sudheer holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India and an M.S from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, USA.
Pruthvi Rao

Pruthvi Rao is an ex-banker, a technology evangelist, and ex-founder of Element 42. He has an industry experience of over a decade in MNCs like Pricewaterhouse Coopers, GE Capital, and Citibank. In his last role, he was the Vice-President of Citibank Operations and Technology, managing operations strategy for Asia-Pacific.
Pruthvi holds a B.E. (Electronics) from VTU, Karnataka and is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
Arun Rao
Chief Financial Officer
Arun Rao brings over 25 years of global professional experience to Zebi. Before joining Zebi, he spent over 14 years at Intel Corp in several senior positions including Co-CFO of Intel’s largest and most successful JV — IMFT, and CFO of Intel India. He was also the VP and General Manager of the Semiconductor Business Unit at Sasken. Most recently, he spent 3 years as CFO at a Media Technology Startup (Amagi), helped raise Series D funding, led the international expansion of ad-tech business, and local SME sales.
Arun holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India; an MS from SUNY, Buffalo and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management, UCLA.
Phani Arega
Senior VP Engineering
Phani Arega is a senior techno-managerial executive with over 24 years of software industry experience across Silicon Valley and India. He has expertise in the areas of databases, blockchain, and analytics and has filed 2 patents to his credit. Phani has worked with Oracle, Quest Software, and TCS in the past.
Phani holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.
Srinivas Tangirala

Srinivas Tangirala is a proven leader with 25+ years of experience in the IT industry, across domains and technologies. He held various positions in software product companies such as Active Life Sciences, General Motors, Engineering Animation Inc in the USA. As SVP at In10s Technologies Ltd, Hyderabad India, he developed many successful enterprise software products. As CTO at Virinchi Limited, he successfully led the product development teams and delivered solutions to USA based clients.
Srinivas holds a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India and M.S. from Clemson University (USA).
